PEO Session 1

Need help knowing how to keep up with a PE program while studying at home? We are here to help you. We provide a new set of three workouts every week. Your students can do the exercises, record their completions, track their progress, and get into a phys ed rhythm.

This program is flexible in approach so that anyone can benefit, but it is especially suited for students ages 7-12.
